Money goes into limbo, no one can tell me when money will be deposited. No way to stop payments on an account without it being fraud. Overdraft fees are $30+ every single time. Wish I never opened a bank account here. Less than 1 star
I’ve had an account at Florence Bank for a long time, I’ve always been treated kindly even though a couple times there was a bump in the road but things were handled very efficiently and resolved favorably. Highly recommend Florence Bank

March 28th 2022: Let me tell you about my experience with FSB on King St. After opening a new savings account with my husband, I go to deposit a check which should be very routine. The teller at the drive thru was so rude and accusatory. She insisted I signed my husbands name for him. It's a joint account #1. #2 we both signed the check that was addressed to us both. So...full disclosure, I do not actually have an account with FB, I have to use FB for my work. I often need to go in and deposit checks. I saw some negative reviews and wanted to post that the king street branch has always been helpful to me, and even found a mistake in my math and helped me fix it. I appreciate the FB staff.
