My wife and I make an appointment (such being required here) to open a checking account at this branch. I'm on hold for 13 minutes before someone takes my call, but eventually an actual voice appears and I make arrangements for 1 PM. Okay. We arrive at the proper time, and no one has any idea what we're talking about. They ultimately let my wife in, ten minutes later, after a teller is found who remembers taking my phone call. Arlene was fantastic, she took most of my info over the phone so opening an account was super quick. Very friendly and helpful. Bank of America charges $30 a month for a business account linked to QuickBooks, Florence Bank is totally free.
