I had a great experience with Five Star Automotive and Collision. Even without a warranty, they went above and beyond to help me the best they could. The team was incredibly sweet, understanding, and truly tried to do everything possible to take care of my situation. It’s not easy finding a shop that genuinely cares, but they definitely showed that they do. I really appreciate their honesty, effort, and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and compassionate auto service.

I cannot say enough great things about Five Star Automotive & Collision and John! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely seamless. John went above and beyond at every step—handling communication directly with the insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with any of the usual headaches. I dropped my vehicle at this location because I had previously worked with the former owner and notified him that the car was left there. I was later told the shop had changed ownership. The new owner inspected the vehicle and then requested an inspection/diagnostic fee that was never disclosed or authorized in advance. Communication and transparency could have been much better. Customers should be clearly informed of any fees before work is done.
