Called them on a Friday for a Dryer belt install. I have the brand new belt ordered it so they didnt have too. . was told be there between 8-11am on Tuesday. They tried to make me pay with credit card before tech came. I told them no Ill pay when he shows up. I told them their reviews are terrible and I'm not paying up front. Tuesday comes and I get a call at 7:15 am same day as they should be here,telling me service is canceled for the day due to no technician in area to do work. STAY AWAY!! As you see from the only other review on here - this place is a sham. What drew me in was their low service call fee compared to other companies $59.99). They take your credit card number and put that amount on hold. I called Monday to set up an appointment, they couldn't get me in until Thurs (Wed was a holiday). They called me Wednesday evening to cancel because they weren't able to get a technician to service my brand of refrigerator. That is a completely UNACCEPTABLE excuse!!! This is just an out of town place that outsources the work. Had an appointment set up and the repair man neither called or arrived at my house. Even after they charged a $50 deposit to hold the time.
