Most difficult vet practice I have ever worked with. Care for the animals ones second to their extensive list of other priorities. I have other vets show me they are invested in caring for my animals and when I express an urgent need I know it will be filled as soon as they can get to it. This hospital threatens to withhold care if I ever express urgency. I asked for a simple refill on meds they prescribed and I accidentally ran out of over the weekend.
