I rarely leave reviews like this, but I truly feel compelled to warn others about my experience at Florence’s Hair Braiding. I went to the shop for something extremely simple: a knotless braid takedown. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine service turned into one of the most upsetting hair experiences I have ever had. Need my hair braided before my vacation. I normally travel to Bowie but decided to try this spot closer to home. I went in as a walk in and only waited about 10 minutes. Total chair time about 4 hours. When I say they have gained a new customer baby I will be back. I LOVE my hair. Very nice job done. Ms. Florence is very kind and really helps you through the process to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Called the shop to see about two butterfly braids last minute , ms Flo said text her a picture and she promptly responded saying she could see me bright and early the next morning which was perfect for my schedule, i was in and out and she perfected the style I asked for. Priced reasonably and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
