Dr Mina Kamran Disfani is an excellent doctor with great knowledge and a very thorough approach. She always follows up and genuinely cares about her patients. Even though I now have to travel all the way to Floreat to see her, it’s absolutely worth it. Very satisfied with the care I recieved.
The doctors are good but the service is shocking. Went downhill recently. They used to phone if the doctors were running late. No longer! Was it sold recently to a big medical group?
I highly recommend this clinic and in particular Dr Kate Bozic. My experiences are always positive and this Dr really takes time to listen and is open minded and very through.
This is a review of the medical centre itself, not the GPs. They made a positive change to reception staff recently, but I've noticed wait times have shot up, so they seem to be overbooking GPs. I don't appreciate rushing from work to be on time only to sit for 30 minutes, but this happens consistently even on mornings. No SMS or heads-up when checking in. My family and I have been patients of this practice since 2011and always had good experiences until a couple of years ago when we seem to wait more than an hour each time we attend . Every now and then is acceptable but consistently over an hour every single time for each one of us is unacceptable.
