Terrible experience with the administration of this Medical Centre. On May 24th, I visited the clinic to get stitches removed from my finger. When we finished, I explicitly asked the nurse if I needed to stop by reception to pay, and she told me, "No, you can go." The next day, the clinic called me about an outstanding payment. I explained the misunderstanding and immediately offered to settle the bill via a payment link, as I am currently out of Perth. Due to a mistake on my end, the payment went through twice.
