While on a vacation in Perth, I was suddenly in a lot of pain with a root canal infection. Thankfully, I found Floreat Endodontics and they were able to accommodate me for an urgent appointment. I arrived at the clinic feeling anxious but Dr Kwang greeted me with patience and reassurance. He handed me a stress ball and turned on soothing music, creating a calm atmosphere in the room. Before administering the needle, he gently counted down 3 2 1, giving me time to prepare and minimising any discomfort. The procedure also turned out quicker than I thought. Overall I’m impressed by his professionalism and calm demeanor to make the experience as stress-free as possible.

I felt relaxed throughout the procedure and was comfortable with the dental team here. Dr. Kwang went through every stage of the procedure in detail. Experience was good and would highly recommend if anyone needs a specialist root canal treatment done.
