So friendly and efficient.
Not happy with the service from the Dental Therapist. She conducted unapproved procedures without consulting us first (with my children) and then didn't advise of the costs and bills. I questioned it and she presented as extremely arrogant. No customer service, just aiming to maximise as much money as they can from their providers. They are almost unethical. Please do use them. Long wait times (15-45mins) with no apologies but cancel if you cannot make it to your appointment within 15mins of start time (when I called ahead to let them know). Just received pretty brutal treatment that split both corners of my mouth. Will not be returning.
Fantastic team at Floreat visited from Victoria for a crown re glued back on with Dr Karin and thankfully she also found a very badly cracked tooth temporarily repaired it until I returned home .. highly recommend Dr Karin and the team.
