Mike was kind and took the time to explain everything to me in the beginning and during signing, but communication was a major hit or miss. Unfortunately, when inquiring about my final bill, some other questions in regards to my case and finding out from the state that certain documents were never filed, I've encountered radio silence, which is my reason for taking 3-stars off. The two stars are for my in-person encounters which were all very pleasant, honest and to the point.
