I have gotten my hair done here many times before and I usually have a great experience with my hair turning out the way that I wanted, but this time was pretty rough. On my previous post, the reason for the one star, after being disappointed with how my hair turned out I contacted her about it on two occasions and she never responded.
I love coming here they are very nice and very good about what they do whether it's an appointment or walking in they'll let you know when they're available and they get a good job done
Asked for mini twist & the same day I got them done they were falling out it’s hasn’t even been 3 weeks and my real hair is sticking out
