Ajout: finalement reçu un appel service post client. On avouer leur tort et feront attention. ————— ————— Devais m’appeler quand mon produit arrive, aucun appel reçu j’ai due moi même faire le suivis. Ensuite devais appeler leur installateur pour donner une date de pose et nous a rappeler, encore une fois j’ai due faire le suivi. Service client doit grandement être améliorer. Prochain projet je retourne au Tapis Eddy ou le service es meilleur….
