When I just called for business hours the person who answered was very pleasant and helpful. They ALWAYS have the hair supplies I need! LOVE FLORAS!!
The store and prices were very fair. I own a barber shop and recently discovered this store, which I had planned on provided them with lots of business. This morning, I made a simple call to request there hours, and the employee who answered was unacceptably rude, hanging up on me before I could finish speaking.
