FLORAqueen kindly sent my friend another bunch of flowers after there was a courier issue that saw the original bouquet delivered in less than ideal circumstances. After calling and explaining the situation the team were kind enough to send out an apology bunch to my friend, who greatly appreciated it. Thank you to the team for a swift response and a beautiful bunch of flowers.
