I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend during her time of bereavement. Florals & Scrubs put together a very beautiful arrangement. The service was timely and the customer service was stellar. I will certainly patronize again.

I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience here has been absolute disaster. I used google navigation to come to this store to pick up an order. When you follow the google maps it is taking gig to the BALA 2 PLAZA entrance, however the store is somehow not located here. I decided to call them and every time a receptionist would answer the phone they would immediately transfer me to a voice mail machine and don't even bother to talk. I contacted them in a panic when my son told me less than 12 hours before the dance that he needed flowers. They gave me everything I needed the next morning and it was stunning. I’m so grateful that they responded so quickly and professionally. They also knew just what was popular and needed when I did not. I will definitely go back!

I just had the most pleasant experience with a flower arrangement I needed from Florals & Scrubs.. The owner Nikki walked me thru the menu of beautiful floral arrangements that might fit my needs!! I am very pleased & appreciated the excellent service!! I highly recommend them for your floral needs!
