Really happy that I found this group. I had bad experiences with dentist while in the military. They hurt me!! But Dr. John assured me he would not hurt me. Had my first visit today and I am very pleased. No pain, Praise the Lord. Very Christian folks here and I am happy and looking forward to my next visit.
John and his entire staff were so caring. While I was waiting for my husband, the staff spoke to everyone like they were family. They took great care of my husband’s emergency needs. I’d recommend this dental office!!
I had a wonderful visit and I truly liked each employee I met. Very professional, not judgemental at all and explained things in detail. The office is extremely clean and no strong odors as other dental offices. I recommend this office to anyone nervous or needing to get treatment as their finances allow.
Had an amazing time from them accomodating an emergency tooth need I had, to the friendly staff, very kind, emphatic, and them filing for my insurance. When I got home there was a very nice card came in the mail that was signed by each of the crew. This was very unexpected but brought a smile. Customer service oriented. The big chain dentistries are assembly lines and you’re treated accordingly, especially transactionally. The Florala Family Dental Care people are opposite. They’re genuine in all aspects and gained my trust immediately. I can’t see taking my dental care elsewhere.
