After being terrified to go to the dentist for the past 8 years due to dental trauma, I came here for an emergency root canal and had the best dental experience I've ever had! The process was completely painless and the staff worked on keeping me calm with nitros. If you have dental anxiety, I highly recommend this place!!! Dr. Frerich is both compassionate and passionate in what he does and you can tell he genuinely cares for people. I will be returning for every dental need!!
I am an older female who had had Many bad experiences with dentist. Childhood nightmares to say the least. I felt very anxious and reluctant to have anything done, but a bad toothache will drive anyone to seek out help. So I sought out Florala Family Dental care. I was super nervous about going to the dentist after a few years of not going to my old dentist. I had a cracked tooth that needed fixing and all the staff there were so kind and amazing! The atmosphere was so calming and Dr. Frerich is awesome! An absolute painless experience and would highly recommend them!
My visit to Florala Family Dental was better that I expected! Everyone in the office was so warm and welcoming and Dr. Frerich was knowledgeable and patient as he answered questions and explained procedures. Unfortunately, I have had some negative experiences with dentists in the past but I have no reservations about placing myself in their care. I would highly recommend!
Most amazing dentist office! They treat you like family. I've been terrified to go to the dentist my entire life.... not anymore. They make you feel so welcome, safe and comfortable.
