I was super nervous about going to the dentist after a few years of not going to my old dentist. I had a cracked tooth that needed fixing and all the staff there were so kind and amazing! The atmosphere was so calming and Dr. Frerich is awesome! An absolute painless experience and would highly recommend them!
My visit to Florala Family Dental was better that I expected! Everyone in the office was so warm and welcoming and Dr. Frerich was knowledgeable and patient as he answered questions and explained procedures. Unfortunately, I have had some negative experiences with dentists in the past but I have no reservations about placing myself in their care. I would highly recommend!
Most amazing dentist office! They treat you like family. I've been terrified to go to the dentist my entire life.... not anymore. They make you feel so welcome, safe and comfortable.
I had a very good experience @ Florala dental. After moving from Minnesota I had been looking for a good Dentest that would give me good care without feeling like I'm paying for their kids college degree. Everyone was so friendly I felt like I knew them for years. I went home smiling.
Really happy that I found this group. I had bad experiences with dentist while in the military. They hurt me!! But Dr. John assured me he would not hurt me. Had my first visit today and I am very pleased. No pain, Praise the Lord. Very Christian folks here and I am happy and looking forward to my next visit.
