I have been a patient at Radiant Smiles for several years. I scheduled my next 6 month appointment at the end of my last visit. I scheduled it for a time that worked for me (4:30 - they close at 5:00). I was asked to come in early since there was a 20 minute gap in their schedule. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make this as 4:30 was the earliest I could get there (which is why I made the appointment for 4:30 to begin with). Don’t take your children here, they will not be treated well. Dr Gadria had my 12 year old son in tears because she was so rude. He needed a root canal and she told him repeatedly it was because he and his parents didn’t take good care of his teeth. She also let him know she didn’t believe him when he said he brushed his teeth. When I called the office the receptionist asked if we pulled aside the dentist to talk in private so she knew not to upset him. Radiant Smiles is a client-centered Dentistry. No matter what the service, it is delivered by a professional, congenial staff. Dr. Kumar performs with precision and respect :). Rose, Dental Assistant is knowledgeable, and always makes the client feel at ease. I highly recommend RS. The Receptionists are very kind, and return calls in a timely fashion. Thank you, all :).
