Rude, unhelpful and terrible customer service
Amy cancelled my friends hens party with three days notice because she was not able to efficiently organise her business!
Update: I contacted Fair Trading regarding my dealings with Amy and she has refused to refund me the additional costs we incurred as a result of her cancelling on us. I now have to proceed to Tribunal. Amy cancelled my Hens booking 2 days out from the booking date. She tried to make us change booking times but these conflicted with other plans we had and when we said we couldn’t move the times, she said “ If you where nice I would told you two people I know have free spot this weekend.” Absolutely stressful being only a mont... read more
