By far the worst service I have ever come across. Doesn’t even deserve half a start. Printed horrible photos in terms of quality and output. I requested for a re-print however instead of issuing a refund or re-print all she did was spend 10 minutes complaining & justifying herself being arrogant & rude. No decency to at least inform me of the photos I had initially sent in which would have been a great help but instead showed laziness towards her business. The service and promptness of the business are of excellent quality. Unfortunately it's the flowers themselves that let this business down. Three different orders over the past year have always resulted in limp, dying flowers and greenery from pickup, only to truly last a few days. The prices, while reasonable, still do not result in a high quality product.
