This park is absolutely awful. There are several drug dealers residing in the park, and the management does nothing about them. There is also constant problems with the water, it seems to be shut off (without notice) about once a month. The management makes a lot of petty rules which they will write up a tenant for, however they do not keep the park in a nice condition that they brag about.
