A couple of months ago I received a letter from Floral Haven (************) stating I had been selected to receive a complimentary burial space in their cemetery. I called the number given and was told I would be under no obligation to purchase anything, that the space would be mine regardless. They set up an appointment for Mr. ******* to come to my home and get my information and issue my certificate of ownership. company is only as good as a first impression. I had an unexpected death in my family both parents passed in an accident. We had planned on floralhaven but wanted the information on getting the ball rolling. 2 plots and 2 caskets as well as a service and you would think i could be treated with some dignity.
