I ordered flowers from this flower shop for a funeral service in Harlan Iowa and they were so gorgeous! I really appreciate the effort and the beauty they put into these flowers to make it very special for a grieving family.

We called Floral Elegance to have flowers delivered to a visitation for a good friend that passed away. We looked thru the arrangements, several from Floral Elegance, but not the one we ordered. Contacted the owner the next day, she said she doesn’t remember the order even though our credit card was charged. They informed us that it’s been really cold and hard to get flowers in, but yet there were several other arrangements from them at the visitation. DON'T pay extra for a stuffed animal or chocolates. Those do not come on the side. They use those as "fillers" in the bouquet of flowers. They still charge you for a $100 worth of flowers, but only put a few flowers around the stuffed animal and chocolates. Paid $200 for 14 flowers, a dollar-store stuffed bear, and a few chocolates. Thank you for delivering on the same day, but the fact that the "$20" bear took away an immense amount from the bouquet... and it looked ridiculous.

I Called Andrea to ask questions about products advertised on her website and I was met with an unfriendly attitude. I’ve tried to do business with floral elegance in the past but just cannot get past the lack of knowledge and poor attitude.
