My husband ordered me a dozen roses and they were not delivered. He called and called with no answer. Finally, he decided to go there and the shop was open so my husband told him exactly how he felt about the situation. Later that morning, this guy delivers the flowers to my job with nothing but a dozen roses that weren’t the color my husband chose, no kind of perkiness to the roses, like baby breath, no ribbon or bow, and last but not least, NO CARD!! The other negative reviews are all correct. You place order. Guaranteed same day delivery. You give all of your credit card info, only for order not to be delivered and any phone call or text you make goes unanswered. Thankfully, this establishment did not try and push through any charges, but had they, my bank had already been notified it would be a fraudulent charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Was sending flowers to my grandmother on the year anniversary of the loss of my stepfather, now it was last minute but Korie said he could and was willing to do it called for my card number as he was supposedly making the arrangement. Flower arrangement was never delivered and he quit answering my calls. I'm very hurt and disappointed but what happened Korie could have just said no and I would have found someone different instead he said yes and never made it happen and still 7 days later will not answer... I placed an order for a poinsettia from our Sunday School class to a resident at a local assisted living and the assisted living states it was not delivered. I tried three times to connect the florist left messages but no one called . I would not recommend this shop for anything. Poor way to run a business.

I live in Texas and needed to place an order in Fairmont NC and they took excellent care of my needs. Beautiful plant and very sweet people that helped me
