From the initial call to the final delivery, the service was was 5 stars +. My sister gave birth and since I wasn’t able to be there, we called the team at floral creations at close to 6pm the day of. They stated they couldn’t do the delivery that evening (fair enough as it was after hours) but could do it first thing. They shared me a link to place my order, followed up, and I could just feel they were also in a congratulatory mood for my sister. Placing the order was quick. I am a retail florist in NJ - I ordered flowers 3/3/23 from Floral Creations of Boca for a Saturday 3/4 delivery in the same town. They were going to my client's deceased fiance's mother, on the anniversary of his passing, so obviously a very important and time sensitive delivery.
