Great customer service!! She took her time helping create a beautiful corsage and boutonniere. What a fun experience!!
Very poor customer service. Was told a mistake was going to be corrected then got a call by the owner who was very aggressive and rude about how they will not accommodate me. I was met with hostility immediately and was taken aback by the conversation. I recommend forest lake floral if you are looking for good quality and customer care!
They do a great job with flower bouquets. I've ordered online and have not had any issues. The completed bouquets are beautiful and closely resemble the bouquet that I selected online.
Easy online shopping experience, great delivery service, and the flowers are beautiful!
