Rude, unprofessional & thieves! Don’t order from them and don’t order from them via 3rd party.
No wonder they have a 3.5 … rude af and very very very unprofessional! Someone ordered me flowers and they text me and I responded “Can the order be cancelled and refunded to sender. Instead of saying they are a third party and can’t do refunds they say they delivered the item to my leasing office but in reality didn’t delivery anything. I had done an arrangement with them through third party (1-800-FLOWERS), and my partner and her family loved it! Next time I’ll go directly through them now that I know who did it. Thank you again!
