Free to see. Remember to go around back. Sometime it is open and you can go inside to see the workings of the clock. Can be very crowded. Buses usually stop for about 10-15 minutes. If you're willing to wait you can have it to yourself. There is a small pond with fish around it. Very well kept all year around. Yes the time is right.
