Dr. Ann Toto has great medical skill and knowledge. Her heart is as big or bigger than her skills. Dr. Toto cared for my dog as if it where her own. Love, love, love my vet!
Have been going to this office for years for a few reasons, mainly because they treat you and your pet very well, and because they are professional, as well as courteous. I have had pets put to sleep, operated on, and taken care of for the usual symptoms and vaccinations, and l was never overcharged or made to feel as though l was wasting anyone's time, or being a bother to them. I appreciate the care they show to my pets and to me. An outstanding group of professionals.
Many people confuse the Floral City Animal Clinic with the Animal Hospital. The Clinic is amazing! Everyone is so friendly! Most imortantly they genuinely care so much about animals!
I had taken my Carin to a vet in town,in Floral city and was so unhappy, so I looked for another one close by and came upon the Floral City Animal Clinic. I asked questions and talked to the staff. The doctor I talked to gave me about 20 min of his time so I could explain the degree of allergies he had, wht worked and didnt. He actually got on the computer figured out what combo of meds he, the dog, had been on, the conflics if any and worked from there. Have been going to this clinic 10 years and am now ready to change, not responsive to emergencies and very unhappy staff, no time with patients deserving time for analysis
Phone front desk lady is very unhappy to be there. She has not patience when on the phone...looking for somewhere else to go. She must hate her job. I am fed up.
