Out of the ordinary arrangements. And a great candy shop with quality chocolates.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. flowers were still not delivered 3 days after they were scheduled. Called to inquire. They said they called me and got no answer (impossible, I have VM). Owner actually yelled at me. Said I would report him to FTD, and he told me that he would never deliver the flowers and if I didn't like it, I could take it up with FTD. Do you really want to trust your special day to someone like this? I have never had a worse experience with a business.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, awesome selection of plants and flowers. Don't even get me started on the chocolate! They do a lot of unique and high- style things, but it's a very down- to- earth place.
This is the best florist in Stroudsburg. They are very talented designers with a huge cooler that is packed with the expected and the unexpected flowers. Special orders are handled beautifully and they have a very nice selection of "accessories", green plants and cards. Although I have moved out of the area, when I have to send flowers anywhere in the Stroudsburg area for any occasion, I call them direct and know it will be handled perfectly and on time.
