I had a great experience with Floral Arts from start to finish. The woman who took my order was kind and efficient and the bouquet they put together was gorgeous and so colorful. I live in Minneapolis but the recipient is in St. Cloud so I had them deliver and the delivery driver went way above and beyond. He called the recipient, who was out having Mother’s Day brunch at the time, asked what restaurant she was eating at, and brought them to her there!
