Lack of professionalism. I was trying to book a facial for myself and a friend online, but called to make sure I booked correctly. I found the two available spots online and just wanted help booking. The girl that answered told me there were no appointments available that day and hung up on me. If i could give less than 1 star I would. I was seeing Sarah for facials for my acne. To preface my acne was a few pimples here and there, nothing major. I only wanted to get started because I'm getting married in June and wanted to look better. I did an initial consultation where Sarah assured me that she could get me perfect before the wedding, and with June being so far away I had no worries.
