Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to Flora Spa. I contacted Flora Spa because I was sick and needed to reschedule my massage appointment. I wasn’t asking for a refund, simply to move my appointment to another day. Despite explaining the situation, I was told I would lose 50% of the appointment value. Wow, I just visited Flora Spa for the first time and it is the kind of place I’ve been looking for for years!!! It is gorgeously designed, the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi amenities are perfection, the lounge area is stunning and so relaxing (stocked with some of my favorite teas!) and was perfect for a day for relaxation! I am just sad I had not discovered it sooner! 12/10 no not... read more
Donna is so knowledgeable about the services and super friendly. I recommend the cupping massage 100%!
Best facial ever! My sister and I had the most amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was so relaxing and welcoming. We left feeling refreshed, our skin was glowing, and we couldn't stop talking about how great it was. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
