I love and highly recommend Flora’s workshops. I always feel encouraged and empowered after attending. The wisdom she shares is simple to remember and implement and it makes so much sense but it’s also not necessarily common knowledge which makes the coaching so valuable. Before working with Flora, I listened to her podcast episodes and what she said really resonated with me. I, then, started following her on instagram and finally decided to work with her 1:1. Flora really helped our family tweak a few things so we could all function as our better selves during family interactions, not just the good ones but the difficult ones too. Flora helped up step outside our parenting roles to see what was going on from more of a birdseye perspective.
