I ordered flowers through an internet company for delivery in Mt Isa. It was for same day delivery. It was contracted to this florist. I paid $85 for florists choice colourful warm flowers. I then had a phone call from the internet company who requested an additional $30 for me to have flowers made up and delivered by this florist. I said no way am I paying $115, that's outrageous. I was unable to place an order with my credit card by phone from another town; was told "they took it off us after 47 years so you can only direct deposit to my account". The person on the phone said I could deposit money if I had an ABN ???. I didn't feel there was anything professional about the conversation and didn't feel confident to proceed with a purchase.

A business that requires bank deposit? Red flag. Super dodgy. Her attitude isn’t the best either. Was told I can’t make an over the phone order as I’m not in town. What good is that. Hoping the owner sees this and realised how bad her business is and changes her act.

I ordered my wife some flowers over the internet this week. Delivered yesterday. Paid good money for them. The Internet company couldn't be more helpful and was also surprised about the under valved arrangement of flowers. I could of went to Coles or Woolworths and got and better bouquet of flowers. What a rip off. Talking to the online company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCAL COMPANY..... Totally disgusted...
