Their reception are rude and I found the staff to be unprofessional and lacking in the necessary empathy and communication skills expected in a healthcare setting.

Won't be going back and wouldn't be recommending. Overheard the receptionists talking/gossiping about me when I was last there with a mask exemption whispering about whether they could legally kick me out and then making me feel bad when checking in and out. Doctors I saw were nice but wouldn't go back purely on how reception made me feel during a difficult checkup.

I wasn’t told when the initial Dr I saw left - the other Dr I changed to wasn’t a good fit for me. Then they charged me $30 to transfer my medical records to another clinic which is a rip off.

I come in for legitimate reason. When I tell you a certain medication hasn't worked i expect you to listen to me not prescribed the same medication again. Then you have the gall to tell me you want to see me in another 2 days. If the meds haven't worked in the past they're certainly not going to work in 2 days. This is just a money making exercise. Not all of us are on the money we need to be able to see the gp twice in a week.
