Rude!
We had this company mow our lawn and help with leaves for several years. Jim works hard and cares about doing a good job. In my opinion, he takes on too many customers to be timely and his billing practices are sloppy. In March 2020 we received bills for October/November 2018. I'll have to take his word that he performed these services since my memory doesn't extend to something a year and a half ago.
