I am in Los Angeles and ordered flowers for my nephew and his wife for thanksgiving. I went on their website and found something I liked. I called and spoke with them and so we were clear. Paid over $100 with delivery and they were nothing like what I had ordered. I could have picked up this arrangement at the grocery store for $35. When I reached out to them, I got a "sincere" apology that they misread their "notes" and they said they would remove the $18 delivery fee. They made our floral arrangements for my father's funeral. The arrangements were breathtaking and customized to work with our unique requests. They were so wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this florist.
