I recently ordered flowers from this florist and was very happy with the result. The bouquet was fresh, colorful, and beautifully arranged. The staff was helpful and suggested a design that was perfect for my occasion. The flowers lasted for many days and looked wonderful. The service was quick and professional. I am in Los Angeles and ordered flowers for my nephew and his wife for thanksgiving. I went on their website and found something I liked. I called and spoke with them and so we were clear. Paid over $100 with delivery and they were nothing like what I had ordered. I could have picked up this arrangement at the grocery store for $35. When I reached out to them, I got a "sincere" apology that they misread their "notes" and they said they would remove the $18 delivery fee.
