After my appointment was confirmed, a bridal consultant reached out to ask for inspiration photos and examples of the styles I loved. I truly appreciated this thoughtful touch because, when I arrived, she already had gowns selected that perfectly matched my vision. The experience shopping here was wonderful. Szuho made me feel taken care of from the moment I stepped in her shop all the way until when I picked up my dress from alterations. She was attentive to detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The boutique itself is wonderful!! Except, when I had picked up my dress they had referred me too a seamstress for a bustle and she was wonderful until my wedding day came and it came down bustle it, it had immediately unraveled before even getting it buttoned, so I had messaged her and all she could say to me is “I will contact you a little bit later” no help whatsoever. I had the most wonderful experience here! The shop is run by two amazing women who made me feel so welcomed and cared for from the moment I walked in. Instead of having me search through endless racks of dresses, they listened to my inspiration photos, budget, and vision, then personally selected dresses for me to try on. Strange format. They only allow you to try on 4 dresses. This was my first ever time trying on dresses and they only let me try on four. How am i supposed to know which style i like if they give you 4 options. They don’t even let you touch the dresses on the rack. There are so many dresses on the rack and you literally can’t see what they have unless you touch them and go through all of them.They claimed that the rack paint would stain the dresses but they should get a new rack if that’s the case. don’t make the customers no... read more
