Ordered and paid online. No confirmation or communication, and date has passed of requested delivery by two days with no notification. I also left 3 voicemail messages with contact info. I will have to ask my bank to cancel the transaction- very disappointing and unprofessional. Edit: business has initiated a refund. Not an explanation nor apology mind you.
I ordered a bouquet and some add-ons for my friends birthday. She absolutely loved it and it was delivered on time. I would recommend for local delivery for special occasions!
Even late on a Friday afternoon, I was able to find two wonderful little vases of flowers as a gift. Fast and friendly service.
