Flor is really unprofessional when politely asking her to assist my parents by giving them the right form to Renew their ITIN. She then got upset then proceeded by been rude saying she couldn’t assist or answer my questions as ALL I WAS ASKING WAS TO ASSIST THEM WITH THE PROPER FORM. She disconnected the call.
