Sheena, Derek, and Gary were so knowledgeable, always upbeat, patient, and helped fix a few of the issues left behind. Sheena at Floor Works is a miracle worker. She found the exact tile I wanted at a great price and arranged delivery directly into my garage. She is a wonderful communicator. She kept me in the loop from our first phone call until my tile arrived safely. I live in Savannah, GA and she is in Bethlehem NH, but somehow she made all this happen and my tile was delivered to my building site in North Conway NH. Miracle!
