Absolute botch job. I knew from the time we went in and the boy who was working there did not take notes and was very arrogant, even though we told him we didn't care how much it cost, we were leaving on a trip on May 23 and needed to have it back before then so we could replace the carpet we had torn out. This was for our motor coach. He was rather flippant and uninterested, even though he was customer service. We were told it would take 2 weeks, it finally came today, over a month later.
