Johnny and his team did a great job of laying out the floor exactly the way I wanted it. The whole porject is professionally done, the attention to detail, the friendliness, and the effort of trying to save cost for you, and the efficiency. I was worry the end result would be different than what I expect, but turns to be better, the process and result was very satisfying. They have a wide selections of great quality floor material at the store, you will very likely to find what you really like.
Beware of hidden costs! FloorSure gave me a reasonable quote at the start, but by the time the job was done, I was charged nearly 25% more due to ‘unexpected materials and labor costs.’ They never mentioned these extra charges until I got the final invoice. When I questioned them, they were rude and dismissive. Unprofessional and disappointing!”
They promised to complete my flooring and stairs project in a week, but it ended up taking over a month! They constantly rescheduled and showed up late without warning. Communication was terrible, and I had to chase them for updates. Very frustrating experience—definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you value your time.”
