We walked into Floors Unlimited to pursue replacing the flooring in our new home in New Bern. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted and we were relocating to NC and very overwhelmed. We had a porch converted to a sunroom and we needed flooring for this room. we visited Floors Unlimited and they helped us out very well! the folks in the store educated us about our options, then came out and measured and gave us a very reasonable quote. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of Floors Unlimited to replace our damaged floors! Rebecca was very knowledgeable about LVP flooring and helped us pick out samples to take home and look at. The crew that came out to install them worked like a NASCAR pit crew. They installed 7 rooms and hallway in less than 2 days! We love our new floors! Highly recommend them!
