From the moment my husband & I walked into Floors Unlimited, I knew they would be our choice for laminate flooring. Rebecca, Staff & Installation Team were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, punctual, skillful & went above and beyond every step of the way. They actually made this project fun. We are over the moon with our finished project & thrilled with the results.
The whole experience of having our floors replaced was fantastic. From Becca in the sales office to Ronnie in the installation, we were very pleased. Everything came together ahead of schedule! We would recommend Floors Unlimited to anyone and everyone.
The entire project was well planned and executed. I was living 6 hrs away and the staff kept me updated daily with calls of progress and photos. They made special trips to meet me when I was here. The entire house was refloored. The product that I chose absolutely lived up to the expectation and the staff here did also.
From start to finish: a great experience and product. We really feel like we have a new house! Rebecca helped us pick the perfect high quality LVT plank, which we had installed throughout. She provided a very fair price and accommodating schedule. Ronnie and his crew were experts, and helped us with moving and arranging.
