Outstanding experience from start to finish. Rebecca came to our house and then provided a fair and comprehensive Estimate. We made several changes that were no problem. We asked them to match our existing flooring, but the floor was discontinued. They selected a close match. The installers were early and did a very nice job. Couldn’t be happier. We have more rooms to complete and we will definitely return!
It was great and Rebecca was so helpful! So much beautiful flooring and carpet to close from!
From the moment my husband & I walked into Floors Unlimited, I knew they would be our choice for laminate flooring. Rebecca, Staff & Installation Team were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, punctual, skillful & went above and beyond every step of the way. They actually made this project fun. We are over the moon with our finished project & thrilled with the results.
The whole experience of having our floors replaced was fantastic. From Becca in the sales office to Ronnie in the installation, we were very pleased. Everything came together ahead of schedule! We would recommend Floors Unlimited to anyone and everyone.
The entire project was well planned and executed. I was living 6 hrs away and the staff kept me updated daily with calls of progress and photos. They made special trips to meet me when I was here. The entire house was refloored. The product that I chose absolutely lived up to the expectation and the staff here did also.
