Excellent customer service and product selection. Becca was very accommodating, and patient during the 3 plus weeks it took us to decide from the samples we took home. The installers were professional, and knowledgeable. They removed all the old flooring in every room (except bathrooms) and installed the new flooring while moving furniture around. They completed all the work in just 2 1/2 days. We are very satisfied with the quality of the products and the price. I would highly recommend!
If I had to redo this experience, I would not choose this company. Communication was terrible, and they couldn’t even provide the install dates I initially requested. Nathalie needs to improve her communication. However, the contractor they used did a great job with the installation. I have been working with Floors Unlimited for years for new home builds. And have had many clients return to Floors Unlimited for any future flooring and tile needs. I often work with Becca, who gladly helps clients pick out all their selections. Selections can certainly be timely and she handles it with ease. They work with us to make sure flooring is ordered timely and install is put on the schedule quickly! The results always look fantastic! Thank you!

Disrespectful incompetent scammers!!! Sent us a quote took them three weeks and then came back three times more than the original quote !!! Wouldn’t break down exactly why they were charging the things they were! Then were disrespectful on the phone!!! I called multiple other flooring companies in new Bern nc sent them the exact quote!!!! Everyone we called were way nicer faster and just over all helpful!!
