Edit III: The install crew came over and cleaned the driveway off. Edit: Unfortunately I had to reduce this review until the job is completed. The installers left stains and cement mix that has stained our driveway. I have sent over 11 emails and text requesting it to be removed-repaired and or replaced. This doesn’t not fall under Philip but under the installers and subs of Floors to Go. Stopped by the store this past week with one of my developer clients. We were greeting promptly by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to assist us in picking out the right option for the job. Selection is amazing and prices are great. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
The customer service was fantastic! They helped me choose my tile and were very patient with me. I highly recommend them.
What a great experience working with Floors to Go. We had to have the molding replaced around the carpet and they were patient, understanding and knew exactly how to get the job done quickly. The installer was friendly and cleaned up after the job was installed. We would definitely recommend Floors to Go!
Very professional place, Kenny was extremely helpful, we bought this beautiful floor from floors to go that I actually got it installed by another person who did a terrible job, Kenny helped us to replace and fixed it. 5 stars is not enough. I would recommend this place to everyone I know
