Had Floors to go install laminate flooring in Sept. 2022 over concrete. The floors buckled as underlaminate caused moisture to to damage material. I paid the same price for material and labor to have replaced supplied by the company. Avoid this company.
Amazing service & experience! I was able to get my rooms measured, quoted & my floors done in less than 2 weeks! Chris was quick and efficient when measuring, Tina was great during the entire process & Aristen did such a great job! Everyone was super friendly, and the price was very affordable. Excellent customer service! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and were very helpful. There was a mix up with my order, but they were right on top of making sure to remedy it which is exactly how customer service should be these days! I’m so tired to dealing with people who don’t care about their jobs and act like you’re an inconvenience.
