The entire team at Floors Plus NW was lovely to work with. They were very communicative, had reasonable pricing and were able to accommodate our small installation window very easily. We will certainly work with them again!
Really wanted to work with Floors Plus, as we live in West Seattle. However it was difficult to schedule time with them to come and look at our project—and when we did set a time they were unreliable. When they finally had someone come by, they took one look at our floor and said they didn’t want to do the project because the home was too old and they didn’t want to get into what could be uncovered underneath. Plush carpet and a pleasure to work with!
Our 2 bathrooms needed multiple repairs and both reinstalled with a different contractor due to this company's inability to install LVP correctly even after 4 attempts. While the owners are accommodating, the crew was not able to perform with quality results.
