I wish I could give Vic snd Chris and the installation team ten or more stars. From start to finish Floors of Wilmington were professional, friendly, and efficient. We had luxury vinyl installed in a rental house and it looks beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased with this whole experience. Thanks to everyone involved.
We have been astonished how this business even exist. Just look at the pictures. Incompetence made us speechless. Promises of correcting errors vanished. Response from the business came in a form of a small claim court suit. They were not paid by the bank for what they did not do. We had to do it again with different company.

I wasn't impressed with this company both when ordering or picking up once received. I ordered the flooring and then had them quote the install. They came out and said it needed dividers between each room which didn't align with what was previously installed. They sent me a total of 7 emails with "Updated Quotes" attached and all were different but no context to the change in the email or did they call to tell me why the change was necessary.
