Floors and Kitchens is an inept, sneaky, and poorly run company. After speaking with Jake, my wife and I were assured our bathroom renovation project would be do-able by Floors and Kitchens Today contractors. Jake promised a timetable of approximately 6-8 days from project commencement to completion. Well, the project ended up taking more than 4 months. Jake did a great job installing an area rug in our finished basement. We had the extra padding sewn on the back. It looks great and warms up the space so much. High quality rug at a reasonable price.
