One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Won't return calls, chat feature doesn't work, tried to charge me $1000 for expedited shipping on a $300 order, thank God my credit card was turned off. DO NOT USe
We’ve been waiting four months and our shower is still not fixed. We have lost three days income from late cancel or no show appointments they scheduled to fix their horrible work. We’ve wasted who knows how much time trying to get this taken care of. Poor excuses and even poorer workmanship. Run.
Mr. Flo is a master for the KB Home
Bought a new home from Pulte in the Hill Country Retreat. That was our 1st mistake. Floors Inc installed our tile 2 years ago August 31,2020. We have been waiting 2 years for them to get out here and fix the pin holes in the grout, and the rough grout with pieces of junk in it. Also door caulking at base was broken and missing for 2 years. Same SUB contractors came today with nothing but a rusty blade and two plastic zip lock bags with wrong type of grout. Kicked them out. Just beware when choosing your floor company.
