Horrible customer service. Anna likes to be rude to people and have her Business on her social media accounts. I guess it makes her feel better to be ugly to people on the internet.
Floors Inc driver absolutely a danger on the road. Did not use signals, cut people off, speeding almost at 80 on a 55.
This company is a joke. I don’t know what’s worse. The horrible customer service given by Anna, or her bullying people on the internet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more professional.
Horrible customer service by Anna. Also having company stuff on her social media while she harasses people with the same social media account. Very unprofessional and would never spend my money with this company. Shame.
