We recently purchases carpet from Floors Galore in South Charleston, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The owner Eddie Ridener, was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the right carpet. He made everything smooth, easy and completely stress free. Had an absolutely great experience here. Was in a time crunch. Ordered vinyl flooring. Had always use Life Proof in the past. Went with Coretec. Night and day difference. Quality, the way it goes down and the look were great. Then needed 3 rooms of carpet. Had to have it down quick. Ordered Monday, came in Tuesday. And laid it Thursday. Outstanding service. I will be doing business there from now on. Great job.
